1. Booking and Confirmation

Our platform facilitates reservations for Club Travelo Members (and their guests) at various properties.
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your stay within 24 – 48 hours.
Any special requests or modifications must be communicated directly to Club Travelo and not the property directly.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards.
Any additional charges incurred during the stay, including but not limited to taxes, resort fees, or parking fees imposed by the property, must be paid directly to the property.

3. Cancellation and No-Refund Policy

All reservations are final and non-refundable within 30 days of booking.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the property’s cancellation policy and an administrative fee.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures within the 30-day period.
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, depending on the property’s policy.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are determined by the property and are stated in the booking confirmation.
A government-issued ID and the credit card used for booking may be required at check-in by the property.
Early check-in and late check-out requests must be arranged directly with the property and may involve additional fees.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must comply with all property rules and regulations during their stay.
Any damages or violations of property policies may result in additional charges imposed by the property.
The property reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate policies without a refund.

6. Force Majeure

We act only as a booking agent and are not responsible for cancellations or modifications due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or travel disruptions.
Refunds or credits for future stays will be at the discretion of the property and subject to their policies.
