Club Travelo Local Outings and Group Trips Cancellation Policy

At Club Travelo, we take pride in curating unforgettable local outings and group travel experiences designed to create lasting memories. Our trips are more than just getaways—they are immersive experiences where travelers connect, explore, and enjoy premium services. From carefully selected accommodations and guided activities to unique local experiences, we strive to provide the highest level of service and value to our guests.

 

Because we work closely with hotels, transportation providers, and local vendors to secure the best arrangements, cancellations impact not only us but also our partners and fellow travelers. Many of our reservations and services are non-refundable or require upfront commitments, making last-minute cancellations difficult to accommodate.

Cancellation Policy

By completing your registration for an event, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms:

 

Local Outings: 

 

Cancellations within 14 Days of the Event Date are non-refundable.

 

Failure to Arrive and Late Cancellations:

 

Guests who fail to arrive for the scheduled departure or cancel with insufficient notice will forfeit all payments made and will not be eligible for a refund or future credit.

 

Group Trips:

 

Cancellations Within 14 Days of Departure: All payments are non-refundable.  A cancellation fee of the full cost of the trip or $500 (whichever is greater) will be applied if a cancellation occurs within 14 days of the scheduled departure date.

 

Cancellations 15 Days or More in Advance:

Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date may be eligible for a credit toward a future event, subject to approval. Credits are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of the event organizer.

Cancellation Requests: 

 

Cancellation Request Submission: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through our official Cancellation Request Form  located below. Cancellations will not be processed unless submitted through this form.
