By registering for and participating in events organized by Travel Club Enterprises LLC dba Club Travelo, including any provided transportation, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that my participation in the event and use of transportation to and from the event location(s) involves certain inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to:

• Motor vehicle accidents
• Injuries from sudden stops or turns
• Boarding and exiting the vehicle(s)
• Exposure to weather or environmental conditions

Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or other risks, whether known or unforeseen, arising from my participation in the event and the transportation provided. While the event organizers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure safety, I understand that they cannot eliminate all risks associated with transportation or the event.

Waiver of Liability

In consideration of my participation in the event, including transportation, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Travel Club Enterprises LLC dba Club Travelo, its affiliated organizations, event sponsors, and their officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether arising out of negligence or otherwise, relating to my participation in the event and the use of transportation.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travel Club Enterprises LLC dba Club Travelo and its associated parties from any claims, demands, actions, or liabilities (including attorney’s fees and costs) that arise from my participation in the event, including the transportation provided.

Consent to Medical Treatment

In the event of an emergency, I consent to necessary first aid or medical treatment during my participation in the event or transportation. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.

Miscellaneous

I affirm that I am physically capable of participating in this event. I understand that if I do not adhere to the event’s safety rules or policies, I may be removed from the event or transportation at the discretion of the organizers.

Photographic and Video Release

I grant Club Travelo the right to take photographs and videos of me during the event and use these images for promotional purposes without compensation.

Agreement

By registering for and participating in this event, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the contents of this Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
